- experience with a strong background in web project management, Shopify theme editing, Replo landing page design, Recharge administration, and ecommerce analytics platforms like GA4 and Triple Whale.

- to act as the end-to-end product owner of the Gardencup digital experience. You aren't just managing a Shopify site; you are engineering a frictionless, high-converting journey that turns casual browsers into lifelong Gardencuppers.
- You will sit at the intersection of best in class meal subscription UI/UX, Conversion & Retention Optimization, and Customer Psychology. Your goal: maximize CVR + LTV by perfecting the first-order conversion engine, maximizing value throughout the customer lifecycle, and creating an airtight subscription retention loop that makes "cancelling" a thing of the past.
- **Key Pillars of Responsibility**
- **1. Digital Product Ownership & UI/UX Management**
- **End-to-End Storefront Ownership:**
- Lead the strategic roadmap for the Shopify storefront, ensuring the site is a world-class representation of our brand.
- **UI/UX Excellence:**
- Conduct regular heuristic evaluations and user testing to identify friction points. You will own the wireframing and UX logic for new features, from "Pack Builders" to account management portals.
- **Mobile-First Optimization:**
- Ensure a seamless, high-speed experience across all devices, prioritizing Core Web Vitals and mobile conversion paths.
- **2. CRO & Customer Acquisition Engineering**
- **The Testing Engine:**
- Develop and execute a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap using tools like Optimizely or
Vwo
- You’re not just testing button colors; you’re testing pricing psychology, offer structures, and landing page architecture.
- **Frictionless Checkout:**
- Optimize the path to purchase, focusing on micro-conversions and reducing cart abandonment through technical and psychological interventions.
- **Digital Merchandising:**
- Architect the "story" of our collections. Use data to determine product placement, cross-sell/up-sell logic, and seasonal pivots.
- **3. Subscription Retention & Churn Prevention**
- **Retention Loops:**
- Design and manage the subscription UX within Recharge. Optimize the "Skip," "Pause," and "Edit" flows to keep customers in the ecosystem.
- **Cancel Prevention:**
- Implement sophisticated "save" flows and exit surveys that trigger personalized offers or content to reduce churn.
- **Frequency Optimization:**
- Use data to find the "sweet spot" for default frequencies (weekly vs. bi-weekly) and pack sizes to maximize customer success and

- **4. Technical Ecosystem & Agency Leadership**
- **Dev Agency Management:**
- Act as the primary technical point of contact. Write comprehensive briefs, manage sprints, and hold partners accountable to deadlines and code quality.
- **Tech Stack Evolution:**
- Constantly audit our stack (Shopify, Recharge, GA4, Klaviyo, etc.) and recommend new integrations or custom builds that drive efficiency or revenue.
- **The Ideal Candidate**
- **5+ Years of DTC Ecommerce Experience:**
- You’ve been in the digital and analytics trenches of a high-growth, subscription-first brand (weekly/rotating meal subscription experience strongly preferred).
- **Shopify + Recharge Power User:**
- You know these platforms inside and out, including how to manipulate liquid themes, landing pages, site speeds, subscription logic, product rotation, and SDK customization.
- **Data-Driven Decision Maker:**
- You are an analytics hound, proficient in TripleWhale or North Beam, GA4, Hotjar/FullStory, Intelligems, SQL, etc. to proactively pull your own insights and build your own cases.
- **Growth Mindset:**
- You don't just find problems; you build the technical and strategic solutions to solve them.
- **Elite Communicator:**
- You can translate "tech-speak" for the creatives, "brand-speak" for the devs, and impact to the execs. Highly effective at development project management and A/B test roadmapping.
