  • **ROLE OVERVIEW**
  • The Senior Manager, Performance & CRM Marketing is a strategic, cross‑channel role responsible for setting direction and driving performance outcomes and lifecycle growth across ghd’s core revenue channels, including DTC, Amazon, and Retailer.com ecosystems.
  • The role focuses on performance strategy, agency leadership, measurement, and CRM/lifecycle marketing, while media buying, budget execution, and day‑to‑day ad management are handled by external agencies. This position sets expectations and holds internal partners and agencies accountable to ensure that paid media and CRM efforts are aligned, measurable, and driving profitable growth.

  • Own and set the performance marketing strategy and channel roadmap across paid search, paid social, affiliate, influencer, retail media (including Amazon On‑Site & DSP and Criteo/Retailer.com), and emerging channels.
  • Lead the strategic relationship with performance agencies, establishing clear direction, priorities, testing agendas, and success metrics.

  • Apply customer data and insights to drive measurable improvements in LTV, repeat purchase, and retention performance.
  • Ensure CRM strategy is intentionally integrated with paid media efforts to maximize full‑funnel and lifecycle impact.
  • **Measurement & Insights**
  • Guide measurement strategy in partnership with Analytics, including MMM, MMT/MTA, incrementality testing, and CRM performance measurement.
  • Translate performance and CRM data into clear, decision‑oriented insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Define and drive the test‑and‑learn agenda across paid media and CRM, ensuring learnings are documented, shared, and operationalized.
