- Strategy & Operations is a high impact, high visibility team whose mission is to drive strategic priorities across the company. We stay focused on the most impactful projects that serve our mission of reinventing business to consumer communication for the mobile age. Our priorities continuously evolve with the company & business landscape.
- As a Strategy & Operations Associate you will deliver business critical insights using analytics, develop short & long-term strategies, assess new growth opportunities, manage and coordinate large initiatives or investigations, and drive business planning. The role will include delivering insights on business performance, running business reviews, market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, M&A evaluations & integrations. You will engage and partner across analytics, sales, marketing, finance, partnerships, product & more.
- What You’ll Accomplish
- Business Performance: drive analytical insights, monitor performance against goals and run business reviews to provide transparency across the executive team, influence both product roadmaps and go-to-market plans by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance business performance
- Strategy: identify, evaluate and help prioritize new growth opportunities, evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategy to address evolutions
- Operations: run large, complex cross functional projects, support with functional operational projects
M&a
- identify potentials targets for acquisition, acquire & integrate startups that service our mission
- Your Expertise
- BA/BS or MBA from accredited university
- 3+ years of work experience required; minimum of 2 years at a management consulting firm required
- Startup experience preferred
- Preference for candidates living in NYC or SF
- Lead and influence across multiple levels (incl. C-suite / VP level executives) and multiple functions of an organization, as well as being a trusted advisor to leadership
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Previous experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders
- Ability to track and execute multiple simultaneous projects
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- High emotional intelligence
- Openness and responsiveness to feedback
- Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment: a highly proactive self-starter

- For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $125,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
