• **Role Description**
• Raven Labs is looking for a highly technical SEO Specialist with a proven track record of improving:
• \* Organic search rankings
• \* High-intent keyword rankings
• \* Website authority and technical SEO health
• \* AI / Generative Engine visibility and citations (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, etc.)
• \* Organic lead generation and measurable ROI
• This is an in-office role based in our Secunderabad office.
• **What You Will Do**
• \* Lead technical SEO strategy across multiple B2B and B2C brands
• \* Perform deep technical audits and fix indexing, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals, site structure, rendering, and performance issues
• \* Improve rankings through advanced on-page, off-page, and entity-based SEO strategies
• \* Optimise websites for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI-driven search visibility
• \* Build authority, citations, backlinks, and structured content ecosystems
• \* Work closely with developers, content teams, AI teams, and marketing specialists
• \* Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, AI citations, and search trends using industry tools
• \* Deliver measurable growth in traffic, leads, and search visibility
• **Requirements**
• \* 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking results
• \* Strong expertise in technical SEO, schema markup, JavaScript SEO, site architecture, indexing, and page-speed optimisation
• \* Experience with GEO / AI search optimisation and improving AI citations
• \* Strong understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, and related tools
• \* Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and execute independently
• \* Excellent written and verbal English communication
• \* Agency experience preferred
• \* Experience working with Australian, US, or global markets preferred
