- **About the Role**
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Vendor Support Executive to manage day-to-day vendor operations, supply chain coordination, and inventory support activities. This role serves as a key operational link between internal business teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution of purchase orders, timely inventory replenishment, catalog accuracy, and operational issue resolution.

Responsibilities
- Vendor Operations & Coordination**
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, from order release to successful stock inbound at fulfillment centers.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned vendors and distributors.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely order fulfilment and inventory replenishment.
- Support vendor onboarding and ongoing operational engagement.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain Support**
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability across fulfilment centres and spoke locations.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to minimise stock-outs and maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Support demand planning and replenishment activities to ensure business continuity.
- Track and monitor vendor fill rates, inbound compliance, and operational performance metrics.
- **Inbound Operations Management**
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups with vendor supply chain teams.
- Ensure timely stock deliveries and minimize No Call No Show (NCNS) occurrences.
- Resolve inbound-related operational challenges in collaboration with fulfilment centre and operations teams.
- **Catalog & Master Data Support**
- Identify and resolve catalog-related issues such as product suppressions, image discrepancies, and EAN mismatches.
- Coordinate updates to product master data, including cost revisions, attribute changes, and listing corrections.
- Support new product launches and ensure timely activation of new SKUs.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Prepare and share operational reports related to inventory, stock availability, fill rates, NCNS, and vendor performance.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Partner with Vendor Managers, Business Operations Teams, Fulfillment Centers, and Supply Chain stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Participate in regular vendor review meetings and performance discussions.
- Escalate critical issues proactively and drive timely resolution.
- **Sales & Event Support**
- Monitor product and purchase order performance during promotional events, sales campaigns, and peak business periods.
- Support inventory readiness and operational execution during high-demand periods.
- **Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- **4+ years of experience** in vendor operations, business operations, supply chain, procurement, customer support, or e-commerce operations.
- Experience handling large datasets and making data-driven decisions.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Prior experience in E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or related industries is preferred.
