**Role Description**
The Virtual Assistant – E-commerce role is a full-time, fully remote position. In this role, the assistant will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including handling customer inquiries, supporting online sales activities, updating product listings, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with suppliers as needed. The assistant will help optimise customer experience across digital channels by responding promptly and professionally to messages, feedback, and reviews. This role also includes managing brand social media accounts, supporting marketing campaigns, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
**What you need:**
Customer service experience
Good communication skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Tiktok Shop, Shopify, or similar), and with platform dashboards.
