- **AI Developer (D2C E-commerce)**
- We're a fast-growing D2C supplement brand running our own AI infrastructure called BloomBrain — a system of agents and pipelines that powers our creative intelligence, ad ideation, landing pages, market research, and internal operations.
- We're looking for an AI Developer who ships fast, knows what quality looks like, and doesn't need hand-holding. Someone who takes a brief, builds it, deploys it, and moves on to the next one.
- You'll own pipelines end-to-end — from architecture to deployment to keeping them alive in production. No long planning cycles, no endless meetings, no over-engineering. Just clean, fast, working systems.
- **What You'll Do**
- Build AI pipelines end-to-end across BloomBrain (creative intelligence, ad ideation, landing pages, research agents, and whatever we scope next)
- Design and ship multi-agent workflows using the Claude API
- Integrate pipelines with our stack: Postgres/pgvector, Slack, Telegram, web dashboards
- Maintain and improve existing pipelines without breaking them
- Work directly with the founders, turn briefs into working systems fast
- Take ownership — you build it, you ship it, you keep it running
- **What We're Looking For**
- A builder who ships fast and doesn't get stuck in planning mode
- Someone who knows the difference between "it works" and "it's actually good"
- Quick on the uptake — you understand a brief on the first explanation
- Strong taste for clean, simple solutions over clever, complicated ones
- High ownership — no waiting around for instructions
- Direct communicator, low ego, gets things done
- **Requirements**
- Only apply if you have:
- Production experience building and deploying LLM-based applications
- Real experience with Claude code
- Experience with Postgres and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, or similar)
- Experience building multi-step or multi-agent AI workflows
- A track record of shipping pipelines that real people actually use
- The ability to work autonomously and own things end-to-end
- **Bonus points if you have:**
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenClaw, etc.)
- Experience working with D2C e-commerce data
- A portfolio of AI projects you've actually deployed
