- We operate in one of the most competitive and fastest-growing categories in e-commerce — women's health and wellness supplements and we win through creative. Our paid social is not an afterthought. It is the engine. We spend aggressively on Meta, we test constantly, and we iterate fast. Every week we are learning what moves the needle and doubling down on it
- **Summary**
- We are looking for a Creative Strategist who has proven they can move the needle.
- You will own your own creative pod. That means you have your own video editors and designers, and you are responsible for producing 12 new creative batches per week. You will analyse performance data, identify what is working and what is not, and iterate fast. You will work closely with our Head of Performance and media buyer to ensure creative output is aligned with what the channel needs to scale.
- **What You'll Do**
- Develop and test creative concepts across Meta with a performance-first mindset
- Analyse creative performance data weekly and use it to drive the next iteration cycle.
- Write sharp, insight-driven briefs for your editors and designers that translate strategy into executable creative
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Performance and media buyer to align creative output with scaling objectives
- Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework that generates learnings, not just content
- Stay ahead of trends, platform behaviour, and competitor creative to ensure Bloomin's output is always relevant and competitive
- **What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years of hands-on creative strategy experience in D2C performance marketing
- Proven track record with at least €1.5M in ad spend allocated to creatives you owned (And can showcase)
- Experience managing creative production — briefing editors, directing designers, owning output quality
- Strong analytical mindset — you read performance data and know how to act on it
- Fast, structured thinker who can manage multiple creative cycles simultaneously
- Someone who takes ownership seriously and does not wait to be told what to do
- Clear communicator who can translate data into creative direction and creative direction into briefs

- Experience scaling a brand from mid-stage to high-growth
