  • Sodastream Israel is hiring a Digital & eCommerce Lead to join our team based in Kfar Saba . This is a temporary maternity leave replacement for a key role at the heart of our digital business.
  • We're looking for a creative, commercially minded, and data-driven marketer who is passionate about building impactful digital experiences and turning ideas into measurable business results.
  • Responsibilities (English)
  • Lead the company's eCommerce and digital growth activities in line with business objectives.
  • Manage and execute digital campaigns, online promotions, CRM activities (Email & SMS), and website commercial content.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience through data analysis, CRO, A/B testing, and GA4 insights.
  • Manage digital media budgets and external agencies to improve marketing performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and lead influencer marketing initiatives and B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Lead digital projects, website enhancements, and automation initiatives in collaboration with global teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, manage budgets, and present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Qualifications (English)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Marketing, CRM, CRO, GA4, and website management.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
