  • Lead for our Sodastream Business Unit in Argentina (part of PepsiCo Beverage BU).
  • This role will be responsible for leading for the development & execution of our Online Store (DTC) The role reports to the Argenitna Sodastream Head of E-Commerce.

  • Lead E2E DTC commerical channel
  • Establish Action plans aligned with monthly sales/commercial strategies.
  • Responsible for the Strategy, Development and Execution of the Loyalty Reward Program
  • Implement promotions, financing benefits, and special commercial actions.
  • Lead the CRM Strategy, Development and Execution (including email marketing)
  • Prepare performance reviews for the Local and Global Leadership Team
  • Be the main point of contact with the Global E-Commercer Team
  • Optimize Customer Journey (UX/UI) improving conversion, retention and LTV
  • Ensure digital consistency with brand positioning and global guidelines.
  • Analyze KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, avg ticket, GM, ROAS, etc) to idenify business opportunities and inform decision making
  • **Qualifications**
  • **Who Are We Looking For?**
  • 4-6 years of experience in DTC or E-Commerce or Marketplaces (ideally from FMCG or Small Domestic Appliances)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing DTC channels or marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM, Shopify, Magento, VTEX).

Experience managing agencies and external partners

  • Experience in omnichannel marketing, attribution methodologies & ROI measurement
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-oriented profile.
  • Advanced English (required)
