  • We’re looking for a Sales and E-Commerce Operations Specialist to help build and scale our Korea business as we expand further into e-commerce and direct-to-consumer growth.
  • This is not a routine back-office sales support role. The Korea market is entering a new stage, with growing B2B channels, expanding online platforms, and more opportunities to build a sharper commercial operating engine. You will be close to the action, working across sales, e-commerce, inventory, logistics, and reporting to make sure the business can move fast without losing control.
  • You will work closely with the Sales Manager, logistics partners, e-commerce platforms, and regional stakeholders to keep operations tight, solve issues quickly, and support the growth of an international sporting goods brand in Korea.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **1. B2B Sales Operations**
  • Own day-to-day processing and tracking of dealer, distributor, and institutional orders
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, fulfilment tracking, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, shipments, and deliveries
  • Monitor order accuracy, fulfilment timelines, and recurring escalation issues
  • Help build stronger operating discipline as the B2B business scales
  • **2. D2C E-Commerce Operations**
  • Support the growth of our direct-to-consumer business across e-commerce platforms
  • Maintain product listings, pricing, product information, and SKU availability
  • Ensure platform inventory is aligned with backend system records
  • Support online promotions, product launches, and campaign execution
  • Track priority products and flag listing or stock issues early
  • Help improve the customer journey by ensuring product pages and operations are accurate and reliable
  • **3. Inventory Tracking & Logistics Coordination**
  • Track inventory levels across B2B and D2C channels
  • Proactively flag low-stock, excess-stock, and allocation risks
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound movements with logistics partners
  • Maintain strong system-to-physical inventory accuracy
  • Support timely inventory reporting for Korea and APAC stakeholders
  • Help keep inventory visible, accurate, and commercially useful across channels
  • **4. Sales Reporting & Data Management**
  • Prepare regular sales, order, inventory, and fulfilment reports
  • Maintain structured and accurate datasets across platforms and systems
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from Korea and regional stakeholders
  • Help identify trends, gaps, and operational bottlenecks through data
  • Ensure reporting cycles are accurate, timely, and useful for commercial decisions
  • **5. Cross-Functional Execution**
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to execute campaigns and launches
  • Liaise with domestic logistics partners to resolve delivery and fulfilment issues
  • Support smooth operational execution during product drops, promotions, and peak periods
  • Reduce bottlenecks through disciplined follow-up and clear communication
  • Help build scalable processes for a fast-growing Korea business
  • **What We’re Looking For**
  • Minimally 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, E-Commerce Operations, Commercial Operations, or related roles
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with operational data
  • High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working hands-on across sales, inventory, logistics, and platform operations
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience in sports, sporting goods, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Exposure to D2C brand e-commerce operations is advantageous
  • Experience using ERP, OMS, e-commerce platforms, or inventory management systems is preferred
