  • As part of our continued growth across Asia Pacific, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Manager, eCommerce & Digital, APAC to lead the development and expansion of JOOLA’s digital sales channels across the region.

Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Global Digital teams, this role will be responsible for growing digital revenue, improving channel profitability, strengthening digital trading performance and delivering a consistent omnichannel consumer experience across

  • As one of the regional Commercial channel leads, you will help build the foundations for JOOLA’s digital commerce capability across APAC, from channel strategy and operating models to marketplace execution, performance marketing, analytics and regional project delivery.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **1. Regional Digital Channel Strategy**
  • Develop and execute JOOLA's regional digital channel strategy across Brand.com, mobile applications and e-marketplaces, aligned with APAC commercial priorities and long-term growth objectives
  • Define and lead JOOLA's digital channel operating model and governance across APAC, partnering with APAC Commercial teams to ensure consistent execution across subsidiary and distributor markets
  • Identify new digital channel opportunities, evaluate market readiness and recommend market expansion priorities, including the launch of new digital channels where commercially viable
  • Develop annual business plans, budgets and growth roadmaps to accelerate JOOLA's digital business across APAC, with accountability for digital revenue growth, gross margin achievement, channel profitability and forecast accuracy
  • **2. Digital Channel Management**
  • Own the commercial performance and profitability of JOOLA's Brand.com business across APAC, including revenue, margin, average order value, conversion and overall channel performance
  • Develop marketplace growth strategies across key regional platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Rakuten, NAVER, momo and other relevant marketplaces
  • Lead digital trading through effective assortment planning, digital merchandising, pricing, promotions and campaign execution to maximise revenue and consumer engagement
  • Ensure a consistent consumer experience across JOOLA's digital channels while protecting brand positioning, pricing discipline and channel governance
  • Monitor and improve marketplace content accuracy, product visibility, pricing consistency and campaign readiness across digital channels
  • **3. Digital Growth & Commercial Performance**
  • Lead JOOLA's digital performance marketing initiatives for owned digital channels, working closely with Marketing to maximise traffic, customer acquisition, conversion and revenue
  • Own digital revenue, profitability, forecasting and budget management across APAC, with a focus on improving customer acquisition cost, return on advertising spend and channel-level commercial returns
  • Monitor key trading metrics and identify opportunities to improve digital performance through consumer insights, commercial analytics and market trends, including website conversion rate, average order value, traffic quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Develop executive dashboards and business reviews that provide actionable insights into digital channel performance and business opportunities
  • Track and improve forecast accuracy, promotional effectiveness and campaign execution across Brand.com, mobile applications and selected e-marketplaces
  • **4. Cross-Functional Leadership**
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Global Digital teams to deliver best-in-class digital execution
  • Lead regional digital channel launches, platform enhancements and strategic projects across APAC, ensuring timely delivery and measurable commercial impact
  • Champion digital capability development by establishing scalable operating processes, governance and best practices across the region
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders in a highly collaborative, matrix organisation.
  • Work with Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Operations teams to improve inventory availability, product launch readiness and operational support for digital growth
  • **5. Capability Building & Continuous Improvement**
  • Build scalable digital capabilities that support JOOLA's long-term commercial growth across APAC
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance digital performance, consumer experience and operational effectiveness
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital commerce trends, technologies and marketplace developments, recommending practical innovations that create commercial value for the business
  • Establish performance reporting, project tracking and review mechanisms to support regional project delivery, new digital channel launches and continuous improvement across APAC digital operations
  • **Requirements**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Business or a related discipline
  • Approximately 8-10 years of progressive experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, omnichannel retail or marketplace management
  • Experience in sporting goods, consumer goods, retail, fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brands would be advantageous
  • Proven experience scaling digital commerce businesses, launching new digital channels or expanding eCommerce capabilities across multiple APAC markets
  • Strong commercial understanding of digital trading, assortment planning, digital merchandising, marketplace ecosystems and online consumer behaviour
  • Experience managing digital performance marketing and commercial budgets
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into commercial actions and business decisions
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives within a matrix organisation
  • Hands-on, commercially driven and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced and evolving business environment
  • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to move from strategy to execution and follow through on regional priorities
