- Key Responsibilities
- Platform Operations: Assist in end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listing, pricing updates, and inventory management across various online marketplaces
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytical tools to monitor Store Traffic, Conversion Rates, and Sales Performance; transform raw data into actionable business reports to optimize online sales.
- Merchandising & Sourcing: Support the team in vendor coordination, stock replenishment, and ensuring product availability aligns with promotional calendars.
- Digital Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the Customer Journey and propose innovative solutions to enhance user experience (UX), checkout efficiency, and shipping speed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key bridge between Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure promotional campaigns align with inventory levels and fulfillment capacity.
- Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing or a related discipline (Candidates with a strong interest in Digital Retail are welcome).
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the ability to identify market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); knowledge of Google Analytics is a significant advantage.
- A "can-do" attitude with the ability to navigate the fast-paced and ever-changing digital environment.
- Native/Professional fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Passionate, energetic, and a team player who is driven to achieve sales excellence and customer satisfaction
