Ecommerce Manager

• **Remote, Ukraine | Full time | $1,400 to $1,600 per month, paid in USD**
• Factra is a UK manufacturer of e-liquids, vape products, nicotine pouches, CBD and health food supplements. We manufacture in Manchester and sell direct to consumers through a portfolio of brand websites.
• We are looking for someone to trade two to three of those websites day to day. This is a hands-on trading role with no direct reports.
• **The role**
• You will own the commercial performance of your sites. Revenue, conversion rate and average order value against target, reviewed weekly.
• Our brands run on different platforms, so you need to be comfortable moving between them rather than expert in one.
• Marketplace channels are handled separately. Your focus is our own websites.
• **What you will do**
• Build and maintain product listings, including copy, images, attributes, variants and categorisation.
• Execute the pricing and promotional calendar, covering discount codes, bundles, multibuys and seasonal campaigns.
• Merchandise the sites, including homepage, category ordering, on-site search results, and cross-sell and upsell placements.
• Monitor stock availability daily. Flag low stock lines to our production team and remove or replace products that are out of stock.
• Produce daily and weekly trading reports in GA4. Identify where customers are dropping off and act on it.
• Test and improve product pages, basket and checkout. Report what you changed and what it delivered.
• Check site health routinely, including broken links, failed transactions, page speed and checkout errors.
• Work with our marketing team so that site content and campaign activity line up.
• **What we are looking for**
• Three or more years running live e-commerce sites, with clear ownership of trading numbers rather than support tasks.
• Hands-on experience across at least two of Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, including bulk product uploads and CSV handling.
• Confident with GA4, Google Search Console and spreadsheet analysis. You should be able to explain why a number moved, not only report that it moved.
• Written and spoken English at B2 or above. Most of your working day is written communication with the UK team.
• Availability across UK business hours, with reliable internet and backup power.
• Active use of AI tools in your daily work. Tell us which tools you use and what you have automated with them.
• You must be comfortable working in nicotine, vape and CBD categories. These are age-restricted products sold to over 18s only.
