  • **Ecommerce Operations Specialist**
  • to join our Kuala Lumpur team and take ownership of how our online orders flow from checkout through to delivery and returns.
  • This is a hands-on role at the heart of our ecommerce operation — ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working cross-functionally, and keeping things moving in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • **The role**
  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth end-to-end flow of ecommerce orders across systems, warehouse operations, and customer touchpoints.
  • From resolving stuck orders to working through payment or returns issues, you’ll play a key role in maintaining performance and improving the customer experience across global markets.
  • **What you’ll be doing**
  • Monitor and manage ecommerce orders end-to-end (checkout → OMS → DC → delivery → returns)
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues such as failed payments, stuck orders, or fulfilment delays
  • Work closely with IT to raise and manage tickets, ensuring issues are resolved quickly
  • Partner with distribution centre teams to maintain smooth fulfilment and dispatch
  • Track and manage orders outside SLA, minimising customer impact
  • Support resolution of incidents (e.g. checkout/payment issues, returns platform outages)
  • Continuously improve processes across order management and fulfilment
  • **What we’re looking for**
  • Experience in
  • **ecommerce operations, order management, or fulfilment**
  • Strong understanding of
  • **order flow, OMS and ERP systems**
  • Comfortable working with IT teams to diagnose and resolve system-related issues
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong
  • **sense of urgency and ownership**
  • Confidence to challenge and push for resolution where needed
