FMCG Category Strategist Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

• **Responsibilities**

• The FMCG Category Strategy team within TikTok Shop’s SEA Operations (Vietnam) drives category growth through data analysis, performance tracking, and strategic planning. It works cross-functionally to execute campaigns, optimize business performance, and scale FMCG operations on the platform.
• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
• **Responsibilities:**
• Support business performance monitoring by building and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to strategy development through data analysis, identifying root causes, and recommending actionable solutions to the operations team.
• Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing category and platform campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Provide support on additional tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student who is able to commit at least 3 months, preferably in a business administration/management or data analytics major.
• Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
• Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively.
• Part-time interns available for at least 3 days a week are welcome to apply
