- This is a player-coach role sitting horizontally across a pod-based delivery team. You won't be buried in a single account or siloed in one discipline. You'll be setting the standard for what great creative performance looks like agency-wide, mentoring senior strategists, and owning how performance data drives creative direction, including the agency's proprietary AI tooling.
- The right person has serious performance marketing credentials, a genuine creative eye, and the credibility to be the senior voice in the room on craft and quality. You know Meta and Google well enough to hold a team accountable, and you understand why creative is where the real competitive edge lives.

- **What you bring**
- Essential:
- Significant performance marketing experience, ideally agency-side
- Genuine dual-strength across both creative and performance, this role cannot lean only one way
- A track record of setting and lifting standards across teams or accounts
- Experience developing and mentoring strategists or creatives
- Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google) and how performance data informs creative decisions
- Comfort operating as a hands-on leader, not solely a manager
- Desirable:
- Experience with or genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven creative workflows
- Exposure to DTC / ecommerce brands
- Experience working within or alongside a pod, squad, or distributed delivery structure
