- **Senior Paid Media Manager**
- role with one of Australia's most awarded independent performance marketing agencies. APAC Search Awards winner two years running, a growing roster of nationally recognised brands.
- **The opportunity:**
- Sydney or Melbourne, your choice
- Hybrid, 2 to 3 days in office, no strict mandate
- Up to $120,000 base plus super
- 40% paid search, 40% paid social, 10% programmatic
- Tier 1 client ownership across retail, ecommerce, education and financial services
- Lead a pod of Executives and Specialists
- **The role itself:**
- This is not a purely executional position. You will be the senior voice in the room with clients, leading 12-month strategic roadmaps, contributing to new business pitches and developing the next generation of paid media talent. You will still get into the platforms when needed but your focus is strategy, client leadership and commercial accountability.
- **What we are looking for:**
- 5 plus years in paid media, agency background preferred
- Genuine dual channel strength across both paid search and paid social, not a specialist in one
- Hands on implementation experience, not just oversight
- Confident leading senior client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders independently
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- GA4 proficient and commercially sharp
- Self-directed and comfortable running your own patch without close management
