  • We are seeking a results‑driven
  • **IT Product Owner - eCommerce**
  • to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of digital solutions that support the eCommerce ecosystem. This role is responsible for owning IT products that enable eCommerce platform catalogue management, product publishing, ordering, payments, shipment, return and AI enhancement evolutions.
  • The Product Owner will act as the primary bridge between eCommerce business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, data‑driven, and aligned with commercial growth, operational efficiency, and long‑term digital and AI strategy.
  • **Responsibilities**
  • Product Vision & Strategy
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for eCommerce IT capabilities, including catalogue management, product publishing, ordering, payments, shipment, return partner integrations, and AI enhancement evolutions.
  • Translate business objectives (parts & accessories sales, Service subscriptions) into a clear product roadmap.
  • Develop a deep understanding of eCommerce business models, customer journeys, and competitive dynamics.
  • Align eCommerce strategy with aftermarket eCommerce objectives, revenue targets, and partner expectations.
  • Backlog Ownership & Agile Delivery
  • Own, maintain, and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value, ROI, regulatory constraints, and customer impact.
  • Translate strategy into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term platform scalability.
  • Customer & Business Representation
  • Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating insights from online behaviors, Customer Care feedback, and post‑sales data.
  • Collaborate with Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Care to capture and reconcile requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between central eCommerce platforms and dealer/market needs.
  • Agile Delivery & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Agile delivery teams (developers, UX, QA, architects) throughout design, build, test, and release phases.
  • Participate actively in Scrum events (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Provide continuous clarification to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
  • eCommerce Platform & ICT Governance
  • Own functional requirements for eCommerce platforms, CMS, payment, identity, CRM, ERP, and logistics integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy (GDPR), payment (PCI‑DSS), and automotive regulations.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track eCommerce KPIs (conversion rate, funnel abandonment, order accuracy, digital revenue contribution).
  • Monitor product performance post‑release and drive data‑driven improvements.
  • Continuously gather feedback and adapt priorities accordingly.
  • Release & Quality Accountability
  • Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and formally accept releases.
  • Ensure high standards for UX, performance, reliability, and scalability of customer‑facing solutions.
  • Support rollout coordination across brands.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
  • Communicate product vision, progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management and business stakeholders.
  • Provide transparency on roadmap delivery, benefits realization, and trade‑offs.
  • **Qualifications, Skills Experience**
  • At least 8 years of experience as Product Owner.
  • Strong business acumen with a growth mindset.
  • Data‑driven decision making.
  • Ability to balance short‑term delivery with long‑term strategy.
  • Comfortable operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Collaborative, outcome‑oriented leadership style.
  • Experience in automotive aftersales, eCommerce, or B2B commerce environments.
  • **Offer**
  • Salary range: from 47 € to 55 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
  • Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area.
