We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond the traditional job requirements. - At Klaviyo, we’re Built Different: a company of builders who take ownership, operate with candor, and believe we’re 1% done. That mindset shapes how we think about the employee experience. Every program, every learning opportunity, every growth moment should reinforce what makes this company special and make Klaviyos feel proud to be here.
- Klaviyo's HRBP and Talent & Learning team moves fast. We run large-scale training programs, manage cyclical people processes, and support a team of global HRBPs, L&D and Performance Management program owners - and we need someone who can keep it all running smoothly and make it run smarter over time.
- As our L&D Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of the Talent & Learning and team. You'll own the logistics, coordination, and follow-through that make our programs land well - and you'll help us build the systems and automations that make the whole operation more efficient. This role reports directly to the Head of Global HRBP, Talent & Learning.
- How You’ll Make a Difference
- Coordinate scheduling, setup, and communications for trainings and workshops across People Leaders, all Klaviyos, and the HRBP team
- Build, update, and format training materials, job aids, and resource libraries in partnership with L&D Specialists
- Administer Sana Learning - uploading content, managing enrollments, pulling completion reports, and troubleshooting access
- Track program data including attendance, survey results, and completion rates; summarize findings to inform program decisions
- Support calibration cycles - scheduling, drafting comms, notetaking, and tracking decision changes
- Design and facilitate retrospectives with HRBPs and key partners at the close of cycles or major project launches
- Coordinate with external facilitators and vendors on logistics, scheduling, and materials
- Own the HRBP + T&L team collaboration strategy, from planning team meetings and offsite topics, and communicating and tracking takeaways and follow-up items.
- Partner with team leads to track OKRs and goals across the Talent & Learning and HRBP functions
- Identify manual, repetitive processes and build automations to eliminate them - using AI tools, workflows, or whatever gets the job done
- Who You Are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- At least one HR-related internship or hands-on experience in a people-facing environment
- Sharp organizational skills — you don't drop balls
- Clear, direct communicator in writing and in person
- Genuinely curious about AI and excited to use it to build better processes, not just talk about it
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and asking good questions when you need clarity
- Believes everything is a work in progress — and sees that as an opportunity, not a problem
- Why This Role
- You'll sit at the center of a high-performing People team and get real exposure to how HR strategy gets built and executed at a fast-growing AI company. If you want to understand how People teams operate at scale — and help shape what that looks like — this is a strong foundation.Massachusetts Applicants:It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
