- We’re looking for a Paid Social Executive to support the delivery of high-performing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other paid social platforms.
- The Role
- As Paid Social Executive, you’ll support the planning, setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns for a range of luxury and premium clients. You’ll work closely with senior team members, creatives, and account managers to help drive performance and deliver strong client results.
- This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of paid social experience who is looking to grow their career within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Monitor campaign performance and make optimisation recommendations
- Support audience targeting, budget pacing, and A/B testing
- Help create campaign reports and performance summaries for clients
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Work closely with creative teams on ad copy and asset recommendations
- Track campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices
- Support senior team members with campaign strategy and execution
- Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in paid social marketing, ideally within an agency
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social principles
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and campaign reporting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for digital marketing, social media, and luxury brands
- Desirable
- Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience working on ecommerce or lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of creative testing and performance-driven content
