- As a Paid Media Manager, Your
Role is to
- Own and execute end-to-end paid strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads for your portfolio of clients.
- Manage and optimise allocated client budgets, focusing on maximising ROI and scaling ad accounts.
- Stay ahead of the technical curve, integrating AI, advanced tracking solutions, and emerging search technologies into our frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure paid media seamlessly integrates with SEO, web design, and broader marketing efforts.
- Turn complex data into high-performing campaigns, driving commercial growth for both our clients and our agency.
- **What You'll Be Doing**
- Strategy & Advanced Execution
- You are in the accounts driving performance. You will develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns, conducting deep research into target audiences, keyword opportunities, and ad creatives. You’ll continuously optimise performance through aggressive A/B testing, bid adjustments, and creative improvements.
- Future-Proofed Media Buying
- We don't play catch-up. You will actively stay abreast of industry updates, competitor movements, and the evolving landscape of AI in search to maintain a sharp competitive edge.
- Performance Analysis & Advanced Tracking
- Track and measure KPIs using GA4, Looker Studio, and AgencyAnalytics. You will own the technical data infrastructure, implementing robust tracking solutions such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion APIs (CAPI), and first-party data strategies to ensure accurate attribution.
- Internal Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with our internal teams to elevate paid execution and innovate service delivery. You will optimise our internal processes—from auditing to workflow automation—to scale efficiency as the agency grows.
