Role is to

  • Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategies across local, national, lead generation, and eCommerce campaigns.
  • Conduct advanced technical audits and build out-of-the-box organic strategies that achieve client goals.
  • Stay ahead of the technical curve, integrating AI Search Optimisation, semantic search structures, and future-proofed algorithmic tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams, content writers, and developers to ensure flawless execution of technical recommendations.
  • Turn search data into high-performing organic growth, driving commercial success for both our clients and our agency.
  • **What You'll Be Doing**
  • Strategy & Bespoke Execution
  • You are in the trenches driving organic visibility. You will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies, conducting deep audits across technical SEO, on-page architecture, content structures, and backlink profiles. You’ll design out-of-the-box expansion plans to ensure our search deliverables remain cutting-edge and impactful.
  • Future-Proofed Organic Strategy
  • You will actively stay abreast of Google updates, competitor movements, and the evolving landscape of AI in search (including AI Overviews, LLM optimisation, GEO, programmatic SEO, conversational search, and semantic/entity-based SEO) to maintain a fierce competitive edge.
  • Performance Analysis & Tracking
  • Track, measure, and report on organic KPIs including traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and engagement metrics. You will leverage data via GA4, Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, and SEMrush to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Content & Development Coordination
  • You will own the blueprint for organic execution. You will map out keyword strategies, plan internal linking architecture, and brief internal/external content writers and developers to ensure technical and on-page recommendations are deployed flawlessly.
  • Business & Marketing Expertise Development
  • Develop a well-rounded understanding of how SEO interacts with paid channels (Google Ads, Meta) and holistic marketing strategy. You’ll leverage consumer search behaviours and industry trends to align your technical organic recommendations with real-world market dynamics.

  • **2-5+ years of hands-on agency experience**
  • handling complex SEO campaigns (eCommerce and Lead Gen experience is essential).
