  • Performance Marketing Lead for Leadership Pathway -

  • You'll own the strategy across a portfolio of high value clients.

You'll direct asset creation

You'll manage the pod

  • You'll be the person clients trust with their growth.
  • You won't be a cog.

You'll be the engine

What you'll actually do

  • You look at a business and immediately see where the funnel is leaking. You fix it before the client notices the problem.
  • You take a client brief and map the path from where they are to where they want to be. Revenue targets, audience strategy, creative angles, conversion architecture. You see the whole picture and build toward it deliberately.
  • You direct creative without being precious about it. You know what a scroll-stopping hook looks like. You know why most ad copy fails in the first three seconds. You live in the Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center because you're always watching what's working and stealing what isn't yours yet.
  • You manage Google and Meta campaigns with a revenue lens not a vanity metric lens. You know when to kill an ad set and when to scale one. You optimise for pipeline and revenue not clicks and impressions.
  • You communicate with founders in their language. A builder doesn't want to hear about

  • He wants to know if the phone is ringing with the right jobs. You translate complex data into confident clear updates that make clients feel like they're in the best hands they've ever had.
  • Who you are
  • You have at least
  • **3 years of performance marketing experience at a digital agency (Meta and Google is a MUST).**
  • **Not in house.**
  • Agency.
  • You've managed multiple client accounts simultaneously, navigated competing priorities, and delivered results under real pressure with real budgets.
  • You're a menace with copy and hooks. You understand that the first three seconds of an ad determines everything. You've written hooks that stopped people mid-scroll and you know exactly why they worked.
  • You understand funnel architecture end to end. Top of funnel awareness through to bottom of funnel conversion. You don't just run ads.. you diagnose where the system is breaking and fix it.
  • You're high agency. You don't wait for instructions. You see a 1% conversion rate and you've already drafted the landing page brief before anyone asked you to.
  • You're not looking for a job. You're looking for a place to build something. You want to work directly with a founder, move fast, and see your thinking turn into real outcomes for real businesses every single day.
