- **Performance Marketing Manager**
- *Full-Time · Remote*
- **About the Role**
- We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media programs across multiple digital channels for a portfolio of fast-growing eCommerce brands. You'll bring a strong analytical foundation, a continuous improvement mindset, and a willingness to test new tools and approaches as the channel landscape evolves. You'll be in the platforms daily, thinking critically about the why behind the numbers and driving real, measurable impact.
- In return, you'll get meaningful ownership, a lean decision-making structure, and direct line-of-sight to your impact on the business. If you're energized by performance marketing and want a role where your work visibly moves the needle, we'd love to connect.
- **Location:**
- 100% Remote.(Required to work from any location within the USA.)
- **Base Salary Range:**
- $110,000 - $120,000 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range).
- **Annual Discretionary Bonus:**
- eligible for 10% of base salary.
- **Responsibilities**
- Own daily management and in-platform execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta — with a strong emphasis on Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, and product feed optimization.
- Drive paid social execution across Meta Ads Manager, including prospecting and retargeting strategies aligned to full-funnel business objectives.
- Contribute to cross-channel media strategy, identifying budget allocation opportunities, structural improvements, and performance levers that drive profitability.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests; maintain a rigorous testing cadence and document learnings for continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows: LLMs, automation platforms, and smart bidding frameworks to improve operational efficiency, surface insights faster, and accelerate decision-making.
- Build and maintain reporting that translates campaign data into clear, executive-ready narratives; communicate findings to both technical peers and senior stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Analytics, Merchandising and other teams on strategic planning initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging AI applications in paid media; proactively surface opportunities to the broader team.
- Cultivate relationships with media partners to access competitive insights, betas, and co-marketing opportunities.
- **Qualifications**
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a solid track record in eCommerce environments managing large product catalogs.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with deep knowledge of Shopping Ads, feed-based campaign structures, and smart bidding strategies.
- Solid paid social experience operating within Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok, Pinterest, or other emerging platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows to streamline processes, including for ad copy generation, performance analysis, reporting automation, etc.
- Comfort using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as a regular part of day-to-day work, not just experimentation.
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics / GA4 required); experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analysis, and executive presentations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple brand programs simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- A curious, proactive mindset - you don’t wait to be told what to analyze; you go find the story in the data.
- **AI & Technology Fluency**
- We’re a team that has made a meaningful commitment to AI adoption across marketing operations, and we expect this role to reflect that. The ideal candidate:
- Actively uses AI tools to accelerate research, creative testing, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Has experience with, or curiosity about, prompt engineering, AI-assisted data analysis, and integrating automation into paid media workflows.
- Is comfortable evaluating new AI tools critically and applying them where they add genuine impact rather than just noise.
- Views AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut, and understands where human judgment is irreplaceable.
