- **Key Responsibilities**
- **1. Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)**
- Execute and optimise high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and TikTok to drive D2C sales.
- Utilise X (Twitter) for real-time engagement and trend-based promotions.
- Develop B2B lead-generation and brand-awareness campaigns on LinkedIn targeting interior designers, contractors, and office managers.
- **2. Search & Video (Google Ads & YouTube)**
- Manage comprehensive Google Ads accounts, including Search, PMax, and Shopping campaigns focusing on high-intent lighting keywords.
- Develop YouTube video strategies to showcase product quality and installation guides.
- **3. Marketplace Management (Amazon)**
- Own the Amazon UK advertising strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
- Optimise product listings for Amazon SEO to improve organic ranking within the marketplace.
- **4. Organic Growth (SEO)**
- Collaborate on a content strategy to improve organic search rankings for the Paul Russells website.
- Conduct keyword research specific to the UK lighting and home improvement market.
- **5. Analysis & Optimisation**
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV) and provide actionable insights.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to constantly improve conversion rates.

- **Candidate Requirements**
- **Experience:**
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically for UK-based e-commerce or home decor brands.
- **Platform Expertise:**
- Proven track record of managing five-figure monthly spends on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- **Amazon Proficiency:**
- Deep understanding of the Amazon UK ecosystem and Seller Central.
- **Analytical Mindset:**
- Expert in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools.
- **Market Knowledge:**
- Strong understanding of UK consumer behaviour, seasonal trends (e.g., BST/GMT shifts affecting lighting needs), and UK-specific compliance/regulations.
- **Creative Eye:**
- Ability to brief design teams on high-converting ad visuals and copy.
