- **Product Listing Executive (Amazon and eBay E-commerce)**
- who can expertly manage our product portfolio on Amazon marketplaces (focusing mostly on UK). From strategic listing to order processing and customer care, this role requires someone who knows Amazon Seller Central inside-out and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and update basic product listings with titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Upload product images and update pricing when needed.
- Assist with daily order processing and dispatch coordination.
- Check stock levels and notify the team when restocking is needed.
- Reply to customer messages in a polite and professional way.
- Help monitor listing performance and identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product details stay accurate.
- Support in handling returns and basic customer issues.
- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- B.Sc. in CSE preferred; other backgrounds may apply with relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of work experience in Amazon Seller Central.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of product listing, keyword usage, and content uploading.
- Basic idea of FBA and FBM (we will train if needed).
- Familiar with basic Amazon tools (Helium10/Jungle Scout is a plus, not mandatory).
- Knowledge in using various AI tools.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.
