- Own Google Media Buying end-to-end, campaign management, performance measurement and optimisation across Search (brand & non-brand), Performance Max, Shopping, DemandGen, YouTube and Microsoft Ads
- Build and continuously improve account structures, bidding strategies, and campaign setups
- Drive search query mining, keyword expansion, and audience strategy
- Increase Google channel efficiency and incrementality within our broader channel mix
- Own feed optimization and maintain a strong testing culture through structured A/B experiments
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within Google’s ecosystem
- Potentially take on SEO and agentic GEO responsibilities- We’re looking for a hands-on, results-oriented individual who knows Google Ads inside and out — someone who loves digging into campaign performance, testing new approaches, and turning data into impact
- Proven experience managing six-figure monthly budgets in a fast-paced environment
- 3-4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with deep knowledge of campaign types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and Quality Score levers
- Solid understanding of tracking, conversion setup, and feed health management
- Proficient in English; German is a plus
- Confident and decisive with performance data - you diagnose issues, act independently, and consistently deliver against KPIs
- Based in Berli with a hybrid working setup
- Experience with/or interest in SEO and GEO
- Hands-on experience scaling YouTube campaigns efficiently
