  • ***Relevant Experience***
  • ● At least 3 years of work experience as a Performance Marketer or Digital Marketer with proven experience of scaling acquisition for businesses/brands
  • ● Deep knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Search,Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaigns Manager
  • ● B2B experience is a plus
  • ***Description of Responsibilities & Accountabilities***
  • ● Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • ● Own performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and LTV
  • ● Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates
  • ● Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
  • ● Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through weekly reporting
  • ● Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
  • ● Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and audience segments
  • ● Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing

  • ● Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Search, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaigns Manager

  • ● Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio,Excel, or similar
