- We’re looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to shape how we tell the story of AI across our omnichannel platform. In this role, you’ll define a durable messaging and storytelling framework that brings together our AI-powered capabilities—translating complex innovation into clear, compelling customer value.
- You’ll lead how our narrative comes to life across campaigns, sales, product experiences, and thought leadership. Partnering closely with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, and Brand, you’ll ensure our story is cohesive, differentiated, and resonates with both technical and business audiences.

- What You’ll Accomplish
- Define the AI + Omnichannel Narrative
- Shape how we position and communicate transformative AI experiences on our omnichannel platform, translating advanced capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
- Develop a durable messaging framework spanning AI-driven personalization, automation, and orchestration across channels.
- Create a cohesive narrative that connects product innovation to real customer outcomes and business impact.
- Lead Omnichannel Storytelling at Scale
- Bring the platform story to life across every touchpoint—web, campaigns, lifecycle, sales, events, and partner channels.
- Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across a complex, multi-product ecosystem.
- Partner with Brand and Content to deliver high-impact storytelling across formats (campaigns, thought leadership, launch events.
- Lead Strategic Go-to-Market
- Own GTM strategy for our platform launches, ensuring strong differentiation and clear value articulation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success to align on messaging and execution.
- Influence product direction by bringing market, competitive, and customer insights into roadmap discussions.
- Drive Alignment at the Executive Level
- Partner with senior leadership to define and align on product marketing strategy and narrative direction.
- Act as a unifying force across PMM, Product, and GTM teams to ensure consistency in how we go to market.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on messaging for high-visibility initiatives.
- Inform Strategy with Market Insight
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
- Continuously refine narratives based on performance, feedback, and evolving market dynamics.
- Your Expertise
- 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, ideally working on highly technical or platform products.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products (e.g., generative AI, agents, automation, personalization, or data platforms).
- Proven ability to lead complex positioning and messaging initiatives with visibility at senior leadership and executive levels.
- Exceptional storyteller who can simplify complex concepts without losing depth or credibility.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, with a track record of driving alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
- Experience mentoring others and raising the bar for product marketing craft.

- For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
