Process Trainer - E-Commerce

• We are hiring an experienced Process Trainer for an International Seller Support / E-commerce BPO process. The ideal candidate should have strong training and facilitation skills, excellent English communication, and hands-on experience in seller support operations.

• Transportation: Both-Side Cab Facility
• **Key Responsibilities**
• 1. Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees.
• 2. Develop and maintain training manuals, presentations, SOPs, process workflows, and knowledge-base materials.
• 3. Explain e-commerce processes, operational tools, client policies, and quality standards effectively.
• 4. Conduct assessments and monitor trainee performance, learning progress, and knowledge retention.
• 5. Provide regular and constructive feedback to trainees.
• 6. Work closely with Operations Managers, Quality Teams, and client stakeholders to identify training gaps.
• 7. Maintain training attendance, progress trackers, batch reports, and compliance documentation.
• 8. Ensure trainees understand and follow international quality standards, SLAs, and operational benchmarks.
• 9. Support improvement initiatives based on post-training performance and operational requirements.
• **Required Qualifications & Skills**
• 1. Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer
• **on paper**
• in an
• **International BPO, Seller Support, or E-commerce process.**
• 3. Strong knowledge of Seller Support, Merchant/Seller Onboarding, Inventory, Order Management, and Issue Resolution.
• 4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 5. Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• 6. Good knowledge of training documentation, assessments, and performance tracking.
• 7. Ability to work with Operations, Quality, and client teams.
• 8. Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day working week.
