- Key Requirements
- ✅ Graduate / Bachelor's Degree – Mandatory
- ✅
- **2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer on paper**
- ✅ Experience in
- **International BPO / Seller Support / E-commerce**
- ✅ Strong knowledge of
- **Seller Support, Seller/Merchant Onboarding, Inventory, Order Management & Issue Resolution**
- ✅ Excellent verbal & written
- **English communication**
- ✅ Strong training, facilitation, presentation & coaching skills
- ✅ Experience in creating
- **training materials, SOPs, assessments & performance trackers**
- ✅ Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day working week
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and upskilling training programs
- Develop training manuals, presentations, SOPs and knowledge-base materials
- Train employees on e-commerce processes, tools, policies and quality standards
- Conduct assessments and track trainee performance
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and client teams
- Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement
