- The EverCommerce Paid Search team is looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join us. Our Paid Search Team is tasked with implementing leading edge digital marketing strategies, utilizing the latest technologies and ROI tracking tactics
- Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, you’ll assist them by managing paid search campaigns, working with our EverPro marketing teams on growth strategy, and performing other analysis on a group of brands
- You will help to advance strategy and execution of additional customer acquisition channels including new channels, display, and remarketing
- Increase quality leads at efficient costs, testing strategies on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Be a part of the ongoing conversation of how to best execute and measure multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social media, video, email, and other channels
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and tests, including implementation, optimization, budget management, and analysis
- Increase customer acquisition and engagement via paid digital marketing, including Google, Bing, YouTube, Capterra, Google Display Network, programmatic channels, etc
- Create, launch, and track frequent ad copy, landing page, and other creative tests using some of the latest testing tools and methodologies
- Analyze SEM performance, making recommendations and executing optimizations
- Assist in managing multiple advertising accounts
- Create reports to measure campaign performance and show ROI of efforts

- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and utilizing CRM data within ad accounts to fuel automated bidding strategies
- Experience managing multiple paid advertising accounts
- Complete understanding of online marketing metrics, including ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, etc
- Ability to clearly communicate complexity in a simple narrative based manner to stakeholders; context, performance, data abnormalities, strategy recommendations, etc
- In-Depth hands-on Google Ads experience and exceptional working knowledge of current best practices
- 4-5+ years of paid search experience in a B2B environment
- Multi-year experience with PMAX, Google Display Network, Microsoft Ads, website analytic tools, directories, and other SEM channels
- Understanding of how to utilize AI tools to ad test or improve day-to-day processes
- Experience in debugging funnel issues with Sales Teams
