  • The Farfetch China Growth Marketing team are looking for an (Senior) Performance Marketing Specialist to help manage all aspects of our regional affiliate and partnership marketing campaigns. The role will suit someone who is looking to develop within the exciting digital marketing world and as part of a fast-paced luxury e-commerce platform.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **Affiliate Channel Management:**
  • Drive the end-to-end affiliate strategy for the China region, including budget planning, partner acquisition, onboarding, campaign execution, and rigorous performance tracking.
  • **Growth Partnerships:**
  • Managing APAC/China growth campaigns and developing new partnerships.
  • **Mar-Tech & Operations:**
  • Technical lead for Partnerize, CPS/CPA testing, tenancy management, and influencer/payment logistics.
  • **Other Paid Channel:**
  • Support Meta and Criteo display campaigns by designing and executing experiments in collaboration with global counterpart, vendor and analytics team to maximize ROAS and campaign efficiency.
  • **Test & Analytics:**
  • Utilize data-driven insights to conduct continuous performance testing and optimize managed channels for better efficiency.
  • **Performance Reporting:**
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • **Trade support:**
  • Support the Farfetch annual promotional calendar, ensuring seamless campaign launches in coordination with affiliate media partners.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
  • Coordinate with local and global functions (Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Tech) to ensure timely campaign deployment and the cross-regional sharing of best practices.
  • **Business Intelligence:**
  • Provide review periodically to give business (i.e. creative& targeting) insights and directions to relevant parties.
  • **Professional Development:**
  • Proactively enhance technical expertise and stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to drive innovation.
  • **You Are Someone Who:**
  • Has previous affiliate / Display/influencer digital marketing experience
  • Is passionate about about e-commerce, luxury and digital marketing
  • Has ownership over his/her responsibilities and will go above and beyond to deliver measurable work results
