- Operations is a core pillar of Klaviyo’s global Go-to-Market organization. We provide the insights and design, build, and maintain the systems and processes our customer-facing teams rely on to accelerate revenue. In APAC, we partner closely with GTM leadership across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Customer Success to achieve our revenue targets for the region. As Klaviyo continues to grow in APAC and expand into new markets, the APAC Operations team plays a critical role in leading strategy & planning, driving operational excellence and connecting the dots across lead management, pipeline analytics, forecasting and customer growth and retention. The team also owns management reporting and the administration of the company’s sales policy and systems.
- About the Role
- As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst APAC, you will own the analytics, processes, and reporting that empower our customer-facing GTM teams to exceed pipeline and ARR targets. You’ll join at an inflection point—helping to build scalable frameworks in a hyper-growth environment, while shaping the future of the APAC organization. You are a hands-on analyst with an ability to distill complex data from Salesforce, Tableau and SQL into actionable insights. You thrive under tight deadlines, can juggle conflicting priorities, and are energized by partnering cross-functionally and working with colleagues across different functions and in different regions to solve complex problems. Reporting to the Operations Director (APAC), you will:
- Drive operational excellence across pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Partner with GTM leadership to optimize funnel performance and drive sales productivity improvements
- Establish monitoring for top accounts including key account engagement, customer health and adoption
- Own regional lead routing rules, lead scoring enhancements and campaign attribution
- Own territory management and alignment for and across PAM, PSS, BDR, SA and CSM
- Build dashboards and reports and conduct analyses in support of regional and global business reviews
- Contribute to the localization of GTM technology and data enrichment
- What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 Years of Relevant
Experience
- Proven track record in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, RevOps —ideally within a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
- Advanced Analytics & Technical
Skills
- Proficiency modeling in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs, with the ability to create reports and dashboards
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract, transform and analyze data
- Experience in DBT, Heap or Google Analytics preferred, but not required
- Business Acumen & Strategic Mindset:
- Comfortable translating raw data into concise, actionable recommendations that move the needle on performance
- Ability to balance “big picture” (long-term scalability) with “detail orientation” (data integrity, report accuracy).
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Excellent verbal and written communication—able to present complex analyses to senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and peers without direct authority
- Skilled in building remote relationships across multiple time zones
- Project Management & Execution:
- Highly organized self-starter with a bias for action—able to manage multiple initiatives and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, with clear documentation and status updates.
- Education,Certifications & requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
