  • Search is changing fast. AI-generated answers are replacing ranked links, and brands that aren't visible inside those answers are simply invisible. This role exists to make sure our clients are inside those answers — not invisible to them. You'll own

  • end-to-end: auditing content for AI retrievability, building entity coverage, shaping how information is structured so language models can extract and cite it reliably. You'll also maintain solid traditional

  • foundations in parallel, because both disciplines are still in play.
  • **A new team member will be in charge of:**
  • Lead GEO strategy from audit to execution — entity mapping, semantic architecture, and content structuring for AI retrievability
  • Shape how content is written and organized so LLMs can extract, surface, and cite it: clear heading hierarchies, modular answer formats, entity-rich copy
  • Monitor how models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini retrieve and represent brand content — then turn findings into concrete changes
  • Run traditional SEO execution in parallel: technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword strategy — keeping the foundation strong as discovery shifts
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) actively to test prompts, validate visibility, and pressure-test content across AI search surfaces
  • **Does this relate to you?**
  • Hands-on GEO experience (1 year active GEO practice) — you understand how LLMs source content in practice, not just in theory; prior SEO with active GEO experimentation is fully valid
  • Strong SEO fundamentals (3+ years proven SEO): technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword research — you can run this independently
  • You know how to structure content for machine readability: semantic hierarchy, extractable answer formats, clean entity coverage
  • Solid understanding of what makes content citation-worthy inside generative systems — and what gets ignored
  • Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not just as an experiment
  • Link building experience plus especially building off-site authority that feeds both traditional and AI-driven discovery
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
