  • We are seeking a talented Sr. eCommerce Planner to join our Planning team at Fossil Group. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning for our business, ensuring that forecasts align with commercial strategies and inventory goals. An ideal candidate will possess a strong collaborative spirit and the technical expertise to balance complex forecasting with financial objectives.
  • This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
  • **What You Will Do In This Role**
  • Forecast 12-month rolling demand for key accounts, adjusting in-season based on performance and commercial inputs
  • Develop a sku level bottoms up forecast that aligns with our tops down financial plans and overall brand and commercial strategies
  • Partner with sales teams pre-market to identify seasonal newness and replenishment needs
  • Work with Supply planners to ensure proper flow and delivery of merchandise to the customer
  • Build and maintain various reports to assist with meeting sales and inventory goals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage excess and markdown inventory
  • Ad hoc special projects as needed

  • **Requirements**
  • **Who You Are:**
  • 3–6 years of dedicated planning experience
  • Proven experience managing bottoms-up forecasting for full assortments, including newness, carryover, and markdown SKUs
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and familiarity with integrating hard order or PO bookings into a rolling forecast
  • Familiarity with post-order reconciliation processes and tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners at various levels
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience with SAP, Tableau, GCP, or Google Suite
  • Prior management experience is preferred but not required
  • Specific experience planning for key accounts and segmented assortments
