- #### **About this Position**
- This position is responsible for supporting commercial growth across trade marketing and e-commerce channels, including traditional trade, e-commerce, B2B, and selective retail. The role drives channel-specific plans and activations, monitors commercial performance, and identifies growth opportunities through market, customer, and channel insights. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, the position contributes to digital sales development, operational improvements, and digital and influencer marketing initiatives.
- #### **What you´ll do**
- Contribute to trade marketing and e-commerce strategies across traditional trade, e-commerce, B2B, and selective retail channels.
- Develop channel-specific commercial plans and activations to support sustainable growth.
- Coordinate product, campaign, stock, content, and visibility activities across digital and selective retail channels.
- Analyze channel performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and recommend commercial actions.
- Lead initiatives to increase customer acquisition, active users, order frequency, repeat purchases, and revenue on the online B2B platform.
- Support sales teams and distributors in the effective use of digital sales tools and commercial applications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on performance reporting, business reviews, and operational improvements.
- Support digital and influencer marketing initiatives by providing commercial insights and monitoring traffic, engagement, and sales performance
- #### **What makes you a good fit**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, commercial marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within FMCG, cosmetics, professional beauty, retail, or distribution.
- Good understanding of multi-channel sales processes, with hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplaces, B2B sales platforms, or selective retail channels, including marketplace management panels.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to translate commercial data into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior management level.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
