  • About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly performance-driven B2B eCommerce & Digital Growth Marketing Manager with strong exposure to US enterprise clients and AI-led marketing ecosystems.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B marketing, performance marketing, and enterprise demand generation, along with strong understanding of technical business environments and modern eCommerce ecosystems.
  • This role requires someone who can drive measurable pipeline growth, enterprise lead acquisition, and revenue impact through data-first marketing strategies. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with technical, product, sales, and business stakeholders while managing high-impact campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
  • A strong inclination toward leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, and predictive analytics to scale marketing performance is essential.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Own and scale AI-driven B2B eCommerce performance marketing strategies targeting enterprise accounts
  • Drive qualified enterprise leads, pipeline growth, and revenue through paid and organic channels
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, ABM campaigns, and paid media
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns for technical and business audiences within the eCommerce ecosystem
  • Work closely with teams managing various eCommerce platforms including Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, and other enterprise eCommerce solutions to support platform-specific marketing initiatives
  • Optimize high-performing B2B eCommerce websites with strong focus on CRO, UX, personalization, and AI-led experimentation
  • Develop and execute data-backed demand generation and lead nurturing programs for enterprise decision-makers
  • Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, audience segmentation, predictive scoring, dynamic personalization, and content automation
  • Monitor and improve full-funnel metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, MQL to SQL conversion, LTV, and revenue attribution
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with enterprise account targeting and ABM strategies
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, performance dashboards, and reporting
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns using A/B testing, AI analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Ensure consistent enterprise-focused messaging across all digital touchpoints
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • B.Tech (mandatory) with MBA in Marketing preferred
  • 5โ€“8 years of experience in B2B marketing, eCommerce marketing, and performance marketing
  • Strong exposure to US enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of eCommerce ecosystems
  • Hands-on exposure to leading eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
  • Proven experience driving measurable revenue impact through paid acquisition and demand generation
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, CRO, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Proficiency in GA4, Search Console, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and attribution tools
  • Strong inclination toward AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, predictive analytics, and AI-based bidding
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and performance optimization capabilities
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets for enterprise campaigns is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
