E-commerce Quality Analyst (Magento)

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Quality Analyst with strong experience in testing eCommerce websites and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, performance, and user experience of our online stores.
• **Magento experience is mandatory for this role.**
• Candidates should have hands-on experience testing end-to-end eCommerce workflows and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive testing of eCommerce functionalities, including product catalog, search, customer accounts, cart, checkout, payment gateways, shipping methods, promotions, and order management.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, and responsive testing across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Identify, document, track, and report bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of defects.
• Validate new feature releases, enhancements, and bug fixes before deployment.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives as part of Agile project execution.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and release sign-off records.
• Stay updated with eCommerce trends, Magento updates, QA methodologies, and testing best practices.
• Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on eCommerce applications.
• **Hands-on experience with Magento is mandatory.**
• Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, including product management, checkout, payments, shipping, and order processing.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using project management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• **Strong verbal and written communication skills.**
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Experience with api testing tools such as postman

• Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience testing third-party integrations, payment gateways, and shipping solutions.
• Experience working with international eCommerce projects and clients.
