- We are looking for a
- **Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist**
- to support the global marketing strategy, enhance alignment between Corporate Marketing, local teams, and Sales, and drive consistent execution across markets.
- This role focuses on optimising the full marketing–sales funnel, improving customer loyalty, and integrating market and competitor insights into strategic decision-making.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Optimise the end-to-end B2B funnel to increase marketing impact on revenue.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine ICPs, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and support customer lifecycle and loyalty programmes to improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term value.
- Enhance global marketing processes, including CRM/Marketing Automation governance, reporting standards, and operational efficiency.
- Support the execution of global campaigns, product launches, ABM initiatives, and cross-country programmes through playbooks, content, and best practices.
- **Requirements:**
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally within international or matrix organisations.
- Strong understanding of the B2B funnel, lead management, and revenue-driven KPIs.
- Experience working closely with Sales or RevOps teams.
- Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation tools
- Fluent English (C1/C2).
