- We're growing our catalogue team and looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys organizing product data, maintaining listings, and ensuring customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
- What You'll Do
- As a Junior E-commerce Catalogue & Listing Executive, you'll support our senior catalogue team in managing product listings across multiple marketplaces.
- Your responsibilities include:
- Create and update product listings on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
- Maintain titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, pricing, attributes, and variations.
- Assist with new product launches, bulk uploads, catalogue clean-up, and listing maintenance.
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed SKUs, and content issues.
- Ensure product information follows internal SOPs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the design team for images, infographics, and creative assets.
- Maintain accurate categories, tags, bundles, and product variations.
- Perform basic keyword research and competitor analysis for the US marketplace.
- Audit listings for catalogue quality, policy compliance, and pricing accuracy.
- Prepare daily and weekly catalogue activity reports.
- What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum
- **2 years**
- of experience in e-commerce catalogue management or marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar marketplaces.
- Experience with bulk uploads, listing templates, and catalogue troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, basic formulas, CSV files, and data management.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work independently in a remote environment.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing listings across multiple marketplaces.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for e-commerce.
- Experience with Indian festival products, gifts, home décor, or similar catalogue-heavy categories.
