- **⭐ Job Overview**
- We are looking for a hands-on creative who can produce high-quality visuals for Amazon listings, Shopify website, email marketing, social media (Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts), and ads across Meta, Pinterest, and Google. This full-time role is 50% video editing + 50% graphic design & e-commerce creatives, delivering steady weekly output in a fast-paced, festive-heavy brand environment.
- **📌 Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- **1. Video Creation & Editing**
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads from raw mobile footage, UGC, and product shoots.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, hooks, text overlays, and festive edits (unboxing, demos, storytelling).
- Optimize for platforms (IG, FB, YouTube, Pinterest) and deliver 8–12videos per week.
- Maintain LoveNspire’s Indian ethnic aesthetic and brand consistency.
- **2. Graphic Design (Social + Email + Brand)**
- Design daily social media posts, carousels, stories, highlight covers, GIFs, and simple animations.
- Create festive creatives, product spotlights, static ads, and banners in multiple formats (square, vertical, landscape).
- Design email marketing graphics for campaigns and flows (Klaviyo or similar), including:
- Hero banners, product blocks, offer sections, announcement headers.
- Mobile-first layouts that are clean, readable, and on-brand.
- Ensure all designs prioritize clarity, mobile readability, and conversion, not just aesthetics.
- **3. Meta Ads & Creative Support**
- Produce high-converting image/video ad creatives for Meta, Pinterest, and Google Ads, including variations for A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on hooks, headlines, thumbnails, and on-image copy (you support strategy; you are not responsible for media buying).
- Apply insights on top-performing formats (e.g., strong hooks in the first 3 seconds, clear offer framing).
- **4. Amazon & E-commerce A+ Content**
- Create A+ Content modules, infographics, comparison charts, lifestyle images, and storefront banners following Amazon best practices.
- Design listing images, packaging mockups, and product-in-use visuals with strong visual storytelling.
- Adapt creatives for other marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Etsy, Michaels). Bonus: experience with home decor or Indian festive products.
- **5. Website & Email Content & Visuals**
- Design Shopify homepage banners, hero images, category visuals for launches, festivals, and seasonal sales.
- Create email graphics that align with website visuals for promotional campaigns, product launches, and festive events.
- Ensure mobile-optimized layouts for both product pages and email templates.
- **6. Social Media & Content Coordination**
- Execute the content calendar with the marketing team, brainstorming ideas for trends, product drops, and festive campaigns (Diwali, Rakhi, etc.).
- Deliver consistent weekly content on time; stay updated on design trends, typography, and motion styles.
- **7. Collaboration & Brand Consistency**
- Coordinate with photographers and influencers for raw assets.
- Follow brand color palette, tone, and style guidelines across Amazon, website, email, and social.
- Use project management tools (Sheets/Asana/ClickUp) to track tasks and deadlines; communicate clearly in English via chat/calls.
- **📌 Skills Required**
- Must-Have:
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Amazon images, infographics, banners, email graphics).
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) for short-form video editing.
- **Understanding of:**
- E-commerce content and Amazon/marketplace standards.
- Social media and ad formats (Reels, Shorts, Meta ads, Pinterest, etc.).
- Fundamentals of email design (hierarchy, CTAs, readability on mobile).
- Creative storytelling for home decor/gifting and festive campaigns.
- **Nice-to-Have:**
- After Effects, Canva, Figma.
- Basic copywriting for hooks and on-image text.
- Basic understanding of product photography and shot planning.

- 4–8 years of experience designing for e-commerce or consumer brands (Amazon/DTC preferred).
- Portfolio must include:
- Amazon/A+ or marketplace listing work.
- Social media creatives (static + video).
- Ad creatives (image or video) and at least a few email graphics or newsletter visuals.
- Comfortable working with a US-based brand and Indian American festive/gifting aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, festive-heavy environment.
