Internship: E-Commerce

• **OVERVIEW**
• To support Skechers Malaysia's official store operations with primary focus on Global Selection product onboarding, content localisation, monthly campaign execution, performance tracking and cross-functional coordination.
• **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Prepare, upload and maintain Global Selection product listings, including product information, variants, tags and collection assignments.
• Conduct pre- and post-publish checks to ensure listings are complete, accurate and available on schedule.
• Translate and localise product information and campaign content from Chinese and/or English for the Malaysia market.
• Liaise with the China-based team to clarify product details, source content and execution requirements.
• Support the planning of monthly website campaigns and coordinate with the e-commerce enabler to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with the Design team and other stakeholders to prepare product visuals and campaign assets according to agreed timelines.
• Monitor website content, identify errors, missing information or outdated assets, and follow through on corrections.
• **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems or any relevant field.
• Good written and spoken English, working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required due to regular liaison with the China based team and handling Chinese language product information.
• Detail oriented, responsible and organized.
• Basic data analysis and performance reporting.
• Able to manage deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, product content and visual presentation.
