Part Time | E-Commerce (Marketplace Returns & Apparels)

**POSITION**
Part Time for Marketplace Returns & Apparels
**PLATFORMS COVERED**
TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada & Brand Website
**SCHEDULE**
Friday to Monday
4 to 5 hours per day (approximately 16 to 20 hours/week)
**JOB SCOPE**
Processing returns and handling appeals/ disputes
Handle daily e-commerce administration including sales and return order processing within the company system, Shopify, Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and Aftership platform
Respond to customer inquiries pertaining to product details, e-commerce exchanges, return and refunds, order delivery status
Record all processed returns in the tracker to maintain accurate documentation
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
Minimum SPM/ STPM/ Diploma or Degree in relevant field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to give full commitment on the scheduled working hour
Strong sense of ownership, responsible and proactive
