  • We’re looking for a
  • **Process Improvement Facilitator**
  • to join the Fulfilment Centre Operations team. This role is all about driving continuous improvement, supporting operational excellence, and helping teams work smarter through better processes, documentation, training and stakeholder collaboration.
  • You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve how the fulfilment centre operates, using data, process mapping and strong stakeholder relationships to deliver meaningful change.
  • **About the Role**
  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across Fulfilment Centre Operations using data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver White Belt training and coach team members on continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen.
  • Lead and coordinate small to medium process improvement projects with a focus on operational performance and measurable outcomes.
  • Research, review and analyse existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Create process maps and documentation to support training, change management and operational consistency.
  • Collect and analyse operational data to monitor process performance and measure improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions and One Point Lessons.
  • Partner with the Training team to deliver operational training across the fulfilment centre.
  • Work closely with Operations leaders to gather feedback, communicate updates and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support onboarding activities, including agency conversions and new starter experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of training, attendance, assessments, certifications and documentation updates.
  • Coordinate fulfilment centre tours for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across Operations, People & Culture, Health & Safety, Supply Chain, Customer Service and other business functions to drive practical improvements.
  • **About You**
  • Experience in fulfilment centre, warehouse, operations or process improvement environments.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with operational data and KPIs.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating end-to-end improvement projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Experience creating clear process documentation, including process maps, SOPs and training materials.
  • Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Safety-focused with a commitment to compliant ways of working.
  • Broad understanding of fulfilment centre operations or the ability to learn operational workflows quickly.
