  • **G Squared is on the hunt for a Paid Media powerhouse. Someone with serious paid social chops, a strong Google Ads game, and a track record scaling direct-to-consumer brands.**
  • As a Senior Paid Media Consultant, you'll take the lead on some of Australia's most exciting consumer accounts, driving paid media strategy while working alongside a world-class team across the full Paid Media spectrum, SEO, CRO, Web and Creative.
  • Own and drive paid strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Programmatic and emerging channels
  • Scale DTC campaigns with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC and revenue growth
  • Setup, run, optimise and report on your campaign tactics, with a focus on AB testing
  • Develop full-funnel media strategies from awareness to conversion & tailored to DTC business models
  • Lead client relationships with confidence; consult, challenge, and deliver
  • Work hand-in-hand with creative teams to develop scroll-stopping ad concepts that actually convert
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, lifting the standard of the whole team
  • Report with insight & not just numbers. Tell the story behind the data
  • **What we are looking for**
  • We're not just looking for a campaign manager; you're a paid media strategist who understands the DTC landscape, and knows how to scale revenue across channels backed up with real results.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Paid Media, with a heightened focus on Google and Meta
  • Proven success scaling DTC brands: you can point to real numbers and real growth
  • Deep understanding of DTC growth levers: creative testing, audience strategy, funnel architecture, offer optimisation
  • Comfortable managing significant budgets and making bold, data-backed decisions
  • Strong direct-response copywriting instincts
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Google Tag Manager and tracking/attribution experience
  • Google Merchant Center experience, particularly in understanding and troubleshooting feed issues.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications or similar
