  • **Responsibilities**
  • TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) are service providers for TikTok Shop sellers to help sellers to manage content creation, shoppable live stream production and assortment selection. Some TSPs could also help manage fulfilment and logistics solutions for sellers too. TikTok Shop Partner Development team will be in charge of identifying potential TSPs and helping them to become successful on TikTok Shop with sellers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and execution of TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) recruitment and development
  • Formulate management and supporting policies for TSPs
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to select, identify and secure resources for the growth of potential TSPs
  • Provide ongoing support and training to TSPs to improve performance, and evaluate TSPs
  • Conduct in-depth research on factors such as content, marketing, goods, and incentive policies, extract cold start and growth strategies for TSPs;
  • Evaluate the operational performance of TSP's business module, establish an operational indicator system, set TSPs' goals, and continuously gain insight into business operational performance through Data Analysis and research.
  • **Qualifications**
  • Minimum Qualification(s)
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
  • Written and Verbal proficiency in English, Thai.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in Chinese to work with partner agencies, internal stakeholders and to localize best practices and policies from Douyin.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and Word or similar applications
  • Ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen; able to work with clients, help them identify root causes and build a stronger partnership between the agencies and TikTok Shop.
  • Preferred Qualification(s)
  • Previous experience in platform-related or e-Commerce is a plus.
  • Have experience working with Multi-channel Networks (MCN), Influencers or KOLs.
