- We are hiring a Paid Media Specialist to help scale performance across our ecommerce brands and marketplaces. This is a high-impact opportunity within a fast-growing company with 100+ employees and $25M+ in revenue.
- **What You’ll Do**
- Manage and optimize Google, Meta, Shopping, DSP, and other paid campaigns
- Execute A/B testing and analyze performance to improve ROAS and conversion
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, and campaign reporting
- Partner with internal teams and marketplace advertising partners
- **What We’re Looking For**
- 4+ years of ecommerce paid media experience
- Strong Google Ads + Meta Ads expertise
- Analytical, data-driven, and performance-focused mindset
- Agency experience is a plus
