  • Working with a portfolio of the group's brands, the team brings together paid media, content, ecommerce, and analytics to drive measurable revenue growth across emerging and established digital channels.
  • **The Role**
  • We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Paid Media Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and campaign performance across social commerce and paid media channels.
  • You'll be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing campaigns across leading social advertising platforms, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across social commerce and paid media platforms (primarily TikTok, Google & Meta).
  • Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies.
  • Conduct campaign testing, optimization, and budget management.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with brand stakeholders and internal teams to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable paid media strategies.
  • Test new ad formats, audience strategies, creative approaches, and platform capabilities to maximize results.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, platform updates, and emerging social commerce trends.
  • **About You**
  • Strong paid media experience across TikTok, Google & Meta.
  • Experience working with social advertising platforms, with experience in short-form video and social commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data, attribution models, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience within ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, retail, or social commerce sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and budgets simultaneously.
