- R2 are partnered with a growing CPG group who are looking to accelerate the growth of their CPG portfolio through social commerce, creator partnerships, and performance-driven media strategies.
- Working with a portfolio of the group's brands, the team brings together paid media, content, ecommerce, and analytics to drive measurable revenue growth across emerging and established digital channels.
- **The Role**
- We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Paid Media Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and campaign performance across social commerce and paid media channels.
- You'll be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing campaigns across leading social advertising platforms, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- This role suits someone who is analytical, commercially minded, and excited by the rapidly evolving social commerce landscape.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across social commerce and paid media platforms (primarily TikTok, Google & Meta).
- Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies.
- Conduct campaign testing, optimization, and budget management.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with brand stakeholders and internal teams to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable paid media strategies.
- Test new ad formats, audience strategies, creative approaches, and platform capabilities to maximize results.
- Stay informed on industry developments, platform updates, and emerging social commerce trends.
- **About You**
- Strong paid media experience across TikTok, Google & Meta.
- Experience working with social advertising platforms, with experience in short-form video and social commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data, attribution models, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
- Experience within ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, retail, or social commerce sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and budgets simultaneously.
